How quickly will I receive my server?
Your server credentials are sent within 24 hours of purchase, and you can start using the server straight away.
What is a dedicated server?
A physical server used by one customer only. You don't share CPU, memory, disks or bandwidth with anyone, which gives you consistent performance, room for traffic spikes and full control over security and configuration.
What uplink speed do the servers have?
Every dedicated server connects to a 1 Gbps switchport. Plans include 200 Mbps or 500 Mbps of unmetered traffic.
What does unmetered traffic mean?
You pay the same monthly price however much data goes to and from your server. The committed speed for each plan is listed in the table above.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Anti-DDoS protection is included with every dedicated server at no extra cost. For larger attacks, see our DDoS protection plans, which mitigate up to 1.2 Tbps.
Do you support BGP announcements?
Yes. Organizations with their own IP space can announce it over BGP and connect to multiple ISPs.
